If you or any of your guests have disabilities and require accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we are here to assist. ADA accommodations may include, but are not limited to, wheelchair-accessible seating, sign language interpreters, or other specific needs to ensure full participation in the ceremony.

Seating is Limited

Please be advised — ADA seating is available up to four guest per graduate to ensure all guests with a need can be accommodated. All other seating is general seating.

When to Expect Information on ADA Requests

Commencement accommodation packets are scheduled to be sent to the graduating student's official University email account approximately one week prior to the ceremony for requests received 14 days prior to the event.

All other packets will be sent within three business days following receipt of the request.
